                Introduction to the DeM Newsletter
                ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~by Arcana

     Welcome to the first edition of the DeM Newsletter!  Until I
get some feedback and contributions, the main "features" of this
newsletter will be the DeM Game Events, the news for the DeM
Persona Page, updates to Deus Ex Machina, and a column with what
I'm working on right now.
     If you would like to contribute a feature column, submit an
update for your page, or give suggestions, please write a letter
to kkwan@globalserve.net.

DeM GAME EVENTS
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

     I'm going to start compiling short summaries of the stories
and posting them in this newsletter.  At the moment, I am about
fifteen posts behind, and thus, not caught up.  Sorry about that,
everyone!  I better start reading.


NEW PLAYER APPROVALS
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

     Two new persona have been approved and posted.  The
character names are Demae, a wandering poet, and Rob, a student
whose rather owns a gear factory.  Their players are Khiea and
Mark, so welcome these two to the list warmly!


DEUS EX MACHINA PAGE UPDATES
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

     Nothing today.  Expected updates for Tuesday and Wednesday
afternoon are:
     1) Update to Calis' "A Piece of Me" novella
     2) Possible upload of Amber's addition to "Shadows Falling"
     3) Updated links to "Guardian Angels: Shrine of the Chosen",
which is now at http://www.zenogias.com/Guardian/.


PLAYER PAGE UPDATES

     The only event I know of so far is that Amber's page,
"Guardian Angels", has moved to
http://www.zenogias.com/Guardian/, and that it has a brand new
layout!  Please visit the page and check out the changes!

Arcana's working on...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

     Right now, in addition to playing Lunar, going to school,
and going to work, I'm reading the posts from Final Fantasy VII:
A New Generation, which is an interactive fiction run by Jen.  I
am also working on a post for the Tales of Midgar to kick-start
the dead list.
     For DeM, my next post will be an Athena post.  Details will
not be released at this time!
