-General Appearance: He looks like a bald man with a mask over his
	mouth when his image is brought up on screen.

-Voice: It's been digitized so horribly that the original voice can
	barely be distinquished anymore.  It's low, but it buzzes a
	lot and there is a lot of echo.

-Dress/Attire/Jewelry/Weapons/etc:

-Personality: Strong-willed and determined to spread the idea of
	reviving Deus to anyone who is willing to listen.  He is
	impatient and very intolerant of failure.
-Background and History: Peter was the first of the Ministry to die,
	and the first to be endowned with the idea of reviving
	Deus.  He was the foundation for the process to revive
	Deus.  The key that turns all human matter to flesh is in
	his operation, and although it can only be turned with the
	consent of the other members, he is the one who actually
	rotates the key in its keyhole.  Although reviving Deus is
	a large part of his agenda, he hopes that one day he will be
	able to walk around on the earth again in a new body.

-Relations: Often speaks with Mordon and Emperor Cain.  Keeps in
	telpathic contact with Miang.

-Hobbies:

-Current residence: A large computer terminal deep within Solaris
-Current Life Conflicts: He doesn't have a body, so he wants to find
	a suitable host for him.  He also wants to revive Deus, and
	is impatient with both Empeor Cain and Mordon for being so
	slow about it.  In addition, with Miang's unfortunate
	choice of host after Karen's death, his patience has thinned
	so dramaticaly that he often snaps at those who are living.
