-Occupation(s): The Warder for Durant as ruler of Aveh

-General Appearance: A tall, regal looking man with a thick, black
	moustache.  He has dark skin and usually wears a
	scarf around his head.  He is well-built and has an imposing
	presence.

-Voice: Loud and booming.  It is rich and thunderous.

-Dress/Attire/Jewelry/Weapons/etc: He usually wears the green and
	brown uniforn that is symbolic of a Governor in Aveh.  It
	is a dark green collard shirt with two pockets on the chest
	and brown lining around the collar, cuffs, shoulders, down the
	buttons, and around the hem.  The pants are a similar green,
	except they are tinted with brown.

-Personality: He is a stout, stubborn man who always wants his way.
	He is familiar with the history of the Fatima Royal family
	and seeks to ally himself better with the Etones and with
	Solaris.  Solaris, lately, has been offering assistance in the
	form of the Gebler forces, but his dream is to be able to
	acquire blueprints and plans to build Solaris' massive war
	machines for himself.  However, he is not reckless or foolish,
	and this keeps spies away.  He is calculated, but he also
	believes himself to be very calculated.  He plans out all of
	his policies with great care, but if he makes a mistake, as
	most people tend to do, he will usually ignore it or make
	excuses for it when others point them out.  He regularly
	ignores the advice of his advisors.
-Background and History: He was appointed the Warder when the original
	Prime Minister and ruler of Aveh, Takeil Feizar, died.
	Although it was written in the Prime Minister's will that his
	kindgdom go to his son, Durant, it also stated that he was
	to oversee the ruling of the country until Durant is old
	enough.  He is not obsessed with being in power, and would
	likely yield his seat if asked to by Durant, but only if he
	has no plans going on.  With the war, he always seems to have
	plans.
		Before he was selected as the Prime Minister, he was
	a tactical general and a commisioner in the Royal Aveh
	Army.

-Relations: Durant is the true ruler of Aveh.  Tomaru is gentle with
	the teenager, but tends to treat him as if he were still a
	ten year old boy.  He is concerned with the safety of the king
	first and foremost.  Although they are not at odds with each
	other, they are not exactly good friends either.
	His wife's name is Barak.

-Hobbies: He doesn't seem to ever have free time.  His idea of a hobby
	is to draft out war plans and see how he can trim down his
	losses in war and economy.  Occasionally, he will take short
	walks and visit with a few government officials that he calls
	friends.

-Current residence: The royal palace in Bldavik
-Current Life Conflicts: The War with Kislev, finding a way to make
	Solaris into a better ally, dealing with the civil unrest
	that seems to be prevalent in Aveh, dealing with illegal
	excatators.
