  nearly lost against some Aveh troops. The scar is on Phil's forehead and

  Voice: A voice that speaks softly but carries a lot of authority to it.

  Dress/Attire: Phil has dropped his land dweller clothing and has started
to
  just wear his uniform. Mostly white with some strips of blue and gray.

  Jewelry: He has a wolf earring he carries with him. Too wear it would give
  away that he's lying.

  Weapons/Tools: In case of emergency or no other choice will resort to a
sword.

  Personality: Phil knows when it's time to act serious and when it's time
to
  be goofy. His smile is enchanting to some people and pleasant to a lot
more.
  Because he was a land dweller before he went to Solaris he has a hatred
for
  the treatment of the land dwellers by Solaris but doesn't speak it openly.
  Has helped rebellions and people escape from Solaris but not too many have
  succeeded

  Background/History: Phil was born in Nortune in A Block. His parents were
  always away so he had to take care of his younger siblings, Nick, Chris
and
  Mary. While Phil wasn't slaving away doing housework and taking care of
his
  siblings he was around the battle arena competing or watching. Phil wasn't
  very good at gear battling but practice made perfect and he was an average
  battler. Phil had no interest in the war between Aveh and his home
country,
  but was interested in the fact that it might end soon because of the
advantage
  they had over Aveh. However when Gebler arrived he wondered where and how
a
  force of that size and power came from and what they were doing siding
with
  Aveh and making the war last longer. Many questions popped into his head
and
  in order to answer them he had to travel too some places to find them.
  leaving the care of his sister, Mary with his younger brother Nick and he
  went off searching for the answers. After a long searching period he is
  unable to find any information he needs. Losing hope he returns to Aveh in
  plans of going back to Kisliev in defeat, but a rare moment arises as he
runs
  into a Gebler gear pilot. obtaining information from him by of course
  knocking the stuffing out of him he learns of Solaris. However Phil has to
  now escape Aveh with the castle believing he's a Kisliev spy. Taking a
gear
  from the Aveh military he barely makes it out. He carries a scar in the
  battle on his head. The gear was badly damaged and had to be abandoned
near
a
  cave to the west of Nisan. Knowing the enemy he next had to located it.
  Finding Solaris turned out to be harder then he anticipated for he
couldn't
  see and or find it. Phil succeeded in boarding a transport bound for
Solaris
  and infiltrated the city. Able to keep hidden for a while he learns
secrets
  that he'd actually rather not have learned. While he has no idea what is
  really going on and the plans of the Gazel Ministry and Mordon, he did
learn
  something's that were a danger to his family. Phil has keep tabs on his
family
  and learned of Chris Wolf's entrance into the Ethos, of course he knows
what
  the Ethos are and what they do so he sends a warning to his siblings. He
  warned Chris that if anything happened and he got wind of it he'd return
and
  personally kill him. He warned Mary not to go anywhere near the Ethos H.Q.
  but the warning fails to reach Nick. With that over with, Phil builds
himself
  a life on Solaris joining the army as an information specialist and
assuming
  the identity of a dead 2nd class Solarian. Phil continues his search for
more
  dirt to dig up on Solaris but like everybody has no idea of what is going
on.
