SERVICE A performance by the 572nd Air Force Band, "The Air National Guard Band of theSmoky Mountains" will be presented at the Mississippi Vietnam Veterans Memorial on the 27th of June, beginning at 6:00 PM. This performance is sponsored by the Mississippi Vietnam Veterans Memorial Committee and is free and open to the public. The 572nd Air Force Band, "The Air National Guard Band of the Smoky Mountains" is located at McGhee-Tyson Air Base near Knoxville, TN. The band is the official musical ambassador for the Tennessee Air National Guard. The band's mission is to support military and civilian functions, to perform at activities involving support of the Department of Defense community relations projects and to support local Air Force and Air National Guard recruiting. The band has performed for the Air Force Thunderbirds, numerous State
of Tennessee The band takes great pride in its ability to offer a wide variety of
