Pi Upsilon Lambda Chapter, Largo, Maryland has again been awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by the Citizens for a Cleaner County on December 1, 2001. This award was due to its continued work on MLK highway and Queens Chapel road. Many brothers have been responsible for this award including Gregory C. Early, Jr., Alex Bailey and Richard Mathis.
