Mid-year increase of the
power used by the mankind exceeds volumes of explored stores of organic fuel
and its rates of growth in present and future push the mankind to possible
power crisis. On the other hand, significant consequences of technocraftal influence
of the person on ecology can already be noticed.
In this connection the
problems of the power-ensuring should be considered from a position of negative
influence of a power engineering on the environment and, first of all, connect
them with saving of traditional sorts of fuel by use of alternative renewable
power sources of such aspects, as the sun, wind, water, heat of neighboring
layers of the Earth and etc.
The approach to a solution
of the task of use of renewable power sources should be complex, i.e. combined
use of a series of sources, applying various modes and engineering. Problems of
deriving environmentally sound energy from enclosing space interested many
famous people of the past, for example, such physicist as Maxwell, engineer
Carnot, Lord Kelvin, Ciolkovsky and many other scientists were engaged with
this problem. We are in ocean of a thermal energy. How to take it, not breaking
the second law of thermodynamics and other postulates formulated by the
scientists, how to discover mechanisms, concentrating energy, for satisfaction
of energy needs? This problem it is possible to answer positively - if a
modification of entropy of a response is negative, the part of energy is
received at the expense of a heat of an environment and the conversion
coefficient can be much more than one. There are all premises at theoretical
and practical levels, permitting to decide the task of transformation of
low-temperature scattered heat in an electrical energy.
We have a series of
solutions of an engineering character on this problem and we can begin its
practical realization: refrigerator, working without electrical energy.

be diverse. Engineering performances depend from concrete assigning. We shall
