Mid-year increase of the power used by the mankind exceeds volumes of explored stores of organic fuel and its rates of growth in present and future push the mankind to possible power crisis. We are in ocean of a thermal energy. How to take it, not breaking the second law of thermodynamics and other postulates formulated by the scientists, how to discover mechanisms, concentrating energy, for satisfaction of energy needs? This problem it is possible to answer positively - if a modification of entropy of a response is negative, the part of energy is received at the expense of a heat of an environment and the conversion coefficient can be much more than one. There are all premises at theoretical and practical levels, permitting to decide the task of transformation of low-temperature scattered heat in an electrical energy.
