The installation provides
oil selection from oil raw material (rape, sea buckthorn, apricot, clap, flax
etc.) with small percentage of it in raw material.
At the expense of refusal
from traditional methods of extraction of oil (pressing with water treatment
and heat treatment, use of various solvents with the subsequent separation on
factions, the cold pressing on hydropresses) will allow to save biological
value of a product with possibility of its use for the medical purposes in
pharmacopoeia.
The used non-traditional
method of extraction of oil will supply 99.8 % of an output of oil with minimum
of power expenditures (for want of press extraction in a squeezer there is 6¸11 % of oil, that requires the additional
process equipment and technology for repeated extraction). These are
