THE DRIVE OF ROD
PUMPS
A essentially new approach
to creation of the drive for depth petroleum pumps with rod pull allows to
reduce considerably metal capacity, to increase smoothness of consumption of
electrical energy, reliability, cos j, efficiency, to achieve
compactness.
Structure of the drive
includes the following elements:

the
crankless gear of transformation of rotary movement in reciprocating movement;
·
the
gearedless electric drive;
·
the
accumulator of energy of return idling;
·
the
control block;
·
the
block of maintenance of reliability at long duration activity.
Principle of activity and
scheme are extremely simple, what predetermines reliability of activity in a
broad interval of temperatures (up to -50°C at will customer). The diagram
power from time W(t) is trapezoidal, but not sinusoidal, with smooth
transitions of loading of the electric drive.
The introduction of the new
drive of rod pumps will allow to replace existing petroleum rocking-bars, and
it will help to decrease metal capacity, power expenditures and reduction of
time of mounting on district. This principle can also be used for immersing
water pumps.
