THE THERMAL PUMP
WITH FACTOR OF TRANSFORMATION OF A HEAT FROM 20 UP TO 50
Thermal pumps are intended
for heating systems, as well as for salvaging an outgoing heat in various
technological processes with the purpose of minimization of power expenditures.
Thermal pump with factor of
transformation of a heat from 20 up to 50 with a possibility of deriving of
heat, hot water, steam, cold (up to -100°C), electric power (2 updatings from
5). The thermal pump (TP) has 5 updatings:
1) TP for cottages and private houses
(source power of 3 kW, target thermal power from 15 up to 60 kW, deriving of
heat, hot water, cold - if the cold is not necessary, it will be rejected in
the atmosphere), cost at batch production in Russia is US $1.5-2 thousand, in
the foreign market more than US $30 thousand. We conducted marketing on the
given thermal pump. We have selected the first 10 cottages at a time: 5 holders
answered, that will purchase such TP for US $2 thousand, and others 5 holders
answered, that will purchase only then, when they see, how TP works for the
neighbours;
2) TP for multi-storey houses 150-180
persons (source power of 10 kW, target thermal power of 100-200 kW, deriving of
heat, hot water, cold), cost at batch production in Russia is US $5-7 thousand,
in the foreign market more than US $100 thousand;
3) TP for the industrial enterprises
remote settlements up to 1000 persons (Far North, mountain, desert, taiga) with
deriving of mechanical or electrical energy, heat, hot water, cold (source
power of 10-100 kW, output power of 200 kW - 2 MW), cost at batch production in
Russia is US $20-200 thousand, in the foreign market more than US $200 thousand
- 2 million;
4) TP for districts with more than 100
thousand people for deriving of heat, hot water, cold, electrical energy;
5) TP for cities with the population more
than 100 thousand people for deriving of heat, hot water, cold.
At the concrete application
of the Customer the symbiosis of the above named updatings is possible. All 5
updatings have no world analogs.
Structure of TP (for
cottages and private houses of item 1) includes the following items:
a. Compressor with the electric drive:
working pressure 8¸10 at, productivity 0,05 m3/s,
type K45/30, mass of 50 kg (know-how - the application is sent).
b. The source heat exchanger: the
shell-and-tube type, mass 15 kg, is subject to development within 1 month.
c. The target heat exchanger: the
shell-and-tube type, mass 15 kg, is subject to development within 1 month.
d. Expansion engine I and II: a
volumetric type, mass 25 kg (know-how).
e. The heat exchanger of the
refrigerating capacity: the type "a pipe in a pipe", mass 16 kg, is
subject to development within 1 month.
f. System of monitoring and
regulation: time of manufacturing 1 month.

Working body is the
atmospheric air - no artesian slits are present (immovable century in the field
of a structure TP), you see even at -50°C to the laws of thermodynamics we
receive heat. To make our TP work it is enough to have overfall of temperatures
10°C. We receive temperature of a working body on
an input in the device 500-600°C with the help of the special
compressor (application is sent - 28.01.2002 the positive decision is
obtained on granting a patent), and we lead up with the help of the device of
increase of exergy of a working body a temperature difference up to 900°C (application is sent - 20.01.2002 the positive decision is obtained on
granting a patent). Key unit in the TP is slow-moving expansion engine
(materials are prepared for application).
Taking into consideration 3
nodes, each of which has no analogs in the world, and the installation as a
whole our TP many times exceeds both Russian and foreign TP on cold- and heat
productivity. On manufacture of mechanical (electrical) energy and the cold in
general there are no present analogs. What it means for the owner of TP? You
become power- and heat independent: if necessary warm and hot water - can be
switched on, if not necessary - switched off (at any time of year, at any
weather). What means significance of factor of transformation of a heat 20-50? It
means, that with other things being equal you consume electrical energy 20-50
times less to get that warm, than you get earlier. So you spend less
traditional power carriers. Cost of 1 kW of a thermal energy will make US
$0,0003-0,0012 (in the Russian conditions).
The sales are guaranteed
not only in Northern countries, but also in China, Japan, Korea, and West: give
finish products (they for a long time know the price of renewable energy with a
mass of accompanying privileges both in the taxes, and on purchase of
electrical energy produced with the help of renewable energy sources). A sample
(item 1) we can make for 7 months, cost will make US $45 thousand.
Run in production can any
machine works. Special expensive materials are not necessary.
On two nodes TP we sent two
applications in "Rospatent" (Russia): a) a method of gas compression
and device for its realization; b) a method of a working body cooling and
device for its realization. It is necessary to give two applications: on
slow-moving expansion engine and on installation as a whole. Each application
for a separate node has independent life in engineering and in business. As far
as the manufacture electric power, steam and cold in TP are concerned - analogs
are out of the question. The time of manufacturing of a demonstration sample
will take depending on power from 6 to 9 months. For issue TP of a test run is
necessary 1 year with allowance for of time of manufacturing of a demonstration
sample. On the international market TP of such class is not present. If to take
for a point of readout best existing TP, at which the price constitutes US $30
thousand, at offered updating TP the price is possible in 1.5-2 times higher
with other things being equal. The reserve of the cost price of manufacturing
TP allows to keep former price.
The payment of the know-how
makes US $5 million, the investments are US $1.5 million, period of a
realization – 0,35 year, period of repayment - 1 year.
