SELF-PROPELLED INSTALLATION YIELDING FRESH WATER FROM ATMOSPHERIC AIR

Water is a vitally necessary substation - the main component of life on the Earth. It is a lot of fresh water on the Earth, but it is located extremely unevenly in the convenient form for use. The huge stocks of fresh water are concentrated in a terrestrial atmosphere (in 1 m3 of air contains from 0.001 kg up to 0.01 kg of water). Fresh water can be made from "air". The elementary example can serve by all known conditioners, at work of which a lot of condensate of clean fresh water is formed. The skilled installations are already created on the basis of the conditioner, which at an expense of energy about 2 kW take from air of 140 liters of fresh water per day. On the first sight such prospect looks tempting, if not the rather large expenses of electrical energy, the manufacture of which is not environmentally safe.

We have developed a method of extraction of fresh water from air without expenses of energy. The main idea of it is that condensation of steams of water is followed by discharge of energy, which we use for own needs of work of installation, there is even a large surplus. Such installations are capable to make hundreds tons of water and additional energy. They are much more perspective, than freshening installations, since at freshening large volume of overflow salty water is formed. It represents ecological danger.

By means of our installation it is possible to transform deserts and near deserts into blossoming surfaces of the Earth. It is possible to design "pocket" distiller based on our method for individual usage.

These are the characteristics of three possible updatings of self-propelled installation yielding fresh water from atmospheric air.
