Rebo's Artwork

Well, now you can take a gander at all of my artwork. I haven't drawn any for LoveQuest just yet, but I have drawn fan art for other people. I'm not really that proud of it anymore, since they were all drawn in late 1999 to early 2000 and I've gotten better since then. However, enjoy the artwork anyway.

This is the first piece of fanart I ever drew, and despite it's age, it's really only one of two that I'm all that proud of. The idea of Firefly from "Dreamers" in a Sailor Senshi fuku was just too good to resist. Notice that she has a sour expression-I figured that she wouldn't be too keen on wearing the fuku^_^ In 2002, I resized it and added a nifty Photoshop background. I really like it now!
I had been reading "Dark Moon Rising" and realized that no fan art for it existed. I really liked Yuki's hair, so I decided to make that the emphasis. But it still really sucks...I wasn't too good with hair at the time. On the other hand, it uses some shading on the hair, though no shine spots (which I suck with). In 2002, I resized it and added a spooky background. Now I don't hate it so much, the background gives it some character.
A character from a Child of the Pomegranate continuation that Alex-chan never finished. I was fascinated by how she was a fortune teller, but I hate how it came out. The cards are too small, her hands look crummy, and her robe is so bland...I'd modeled it after the fortune teller youma from the second episode of Sailor Moon, but it definetly looked better on the youma.

Artwork for Firefly
I'm not too ashamed of this one, but I wish her hair looked better. Kazeno Kita is my favorite character from Questors, and I really liked the scene at the end of Chapter 7 where Kita's hair was blowing in the wind.
I had drawn this in a notebook during school, and when school was out, I redrew it again. At the time, since I was pretty new to fanart, I just decided to stick with a head and shoulders shots. I like how Emi's hair came out, but I really do need to learn how to shade...
This is a spoiler for Questors, so if you don't want to be spoiled, don't look at this. Questors has many really powerful scenes that inspire me, so I keep drawing art of those scenes. This is my favorite piece of fan art. It's a sketch of Chapter 15. The broken mask is because I felt like being symbolic.

Venus, take me back!
