If you make a truck at 1st war then you will be ahead by 1/4 tank and have more money. Refineries only hold 2,000 credits, silos hold 1,500 credits. If you put 2 silos behind the refinery it will auto "set" your trucks. Screenshot at the bottom of this page.
Allies.. stop rocketman production at 3rd war to let your silos fill up, at 5th war build light tanks. From 5th to 6th war you can gain 24 light tanks or 12 mediums.. your choice ;) Stop building lights at 6th war, go here to further understand. Make 3 MCV for Turret and Camo Pillbox maximum production speed.
Soviets.. build 7 war factories before 2nd refinery. Make 9 MCV for Tesla maximum production speed.
