Vance Avery

VANCE AVERY is a Renaissance man. When he's not fulfilling his duties as understudy to Alan Cumming's Emcee (from the back they look exactly alike), he's playing his banjo in the orchestra or filling in for various other members of the cast (He has filled in for Fred Rose and Brian Duguay at performances I've seen.) This is his Broadway debut, but he was in the Livent production of "Joseph..." as well as other productions in Canada.

NOTE: I saw Vance as the Emcee 2 weeks ago, and he was fantastic. He completely embodied the character, making himself virtually unrecognizable. Great job Vance! Thanks!
