Animaniacs Game by Konami Reviewed by Robby Cox koi@magicnet.net Save: Passwords Released: 1994 Works with: N/A **************************************************************************** Opening Snide Remarks: I have never seen the cartoon that this game is based on. The only reason that I bought this game is because it was only $5. **************************************************************************** Gameplay Descripion: Animaniacs is a rather unique platform game. There are 3 characters who each have differing abilities which you have to use strategically to finish the levels. The only problem with this game is that it can get very frustrating because when you die you have to start all over again. Liked: Strategy. Hated: Frustrating. **************************************************************************** Graphics Description: Animaniacs is a rather colorful Genesis game. The graphics look good. The characters and backgrounds are well-drawn. Liked: Very colorful. Hated: Nothing. **************************************************************************** Sound/Music Description: Animaniacs has some great music and sound fx. They're both excelent. The music is very cartoony sounding. Liked: Great music. Hated: Nothing. **************************************************************************** Play Control/Game Design: Animaniacs controls well. They are very responsive. The game design is great, as this game could have just as easily have been a horrible platform game along the lines of DuckTales(Gameboy). Liked: Great controls. Hated: Nothing. **************************************************************************** Improve: Easier difficulty setting. RIYL: Carrot Crazy(GB) **************************************************************************** Final Words: Animaniacs is a well-done platform game. The gameplay is very unique and interesting. If you are tired of the same old platform game, give Animaniacs a try. **************************************************************************** Score Gameplay: **** Graphics: *** Sound/Music: *** Play Control/Game Design: **** Personal Opinion: *** Total: 17 out of 25 Final Score: 68 % **************************************************************************** Currently Known Codes: None.
