Opening Snide Remarks: Another NBA Jam-type game???  Well, I don't have a 
32-bit Jam game and it only costs 15 bucks.  I'll buy it, but will I like it?

Gameplay Descripion: Have you ever played NBA Jam orJam T.E.?  Well then, 
you've already played this game.  If not it's basketball at it's simplest.
There's really little fun to be had from this game unless you're a college 
hoops fanatic.  It's just a crappy version of Jam with the NCAA license 
slapped on it.  
Liked: Just like Jam.
Hated: Just like Jam.

Graphics Description: College Slam looks okay.  The players are well-detailed
but since there's no players license the players look very generic.  There's
no team emblems on the team's uniforms.   
Liked: Detailed players.
Hated: Ugly uniforms.

Sound/Music Description: During play, college fight songs are played 
sporadically.  Other than that, the only music you hear is on the menu 
screens.  The sound fx are decent, but the lame announcer will get on your 
nerves.  Back to school jam????
Liked: Cool fight songs.
Hated: Crappy announcer.

Play Control/Game Design: The controls are okay.  They're not as good as NBA
Jam's, though.  The game design is poor.  The games aren't very much fun and
there's no NCAA Tournament brackets to work your way through. 
Liked: Okay controls.
Hated: No NCAA Tourny.

Improve: Better uniforms, control, announcer, and add the tourny brackets.

Final Words: College Slam is only worth buying if you don't already own 
another Jam game.  Otherwise, steer clear of a poor game released for the 
sole purpose of making some money.
