Opening Snide Remarks: This is the only Sega Card game that I've ever played.
The Sega Card is a flat little piece of plastic with some contacts on one end
and it contained a game. Anyways, I thought that this game looked cool way
back then, so I bought it.

Gameplay Descripion: Spy Vs. Spy is a strange game. You have to find a bag
and 4 objects(a key, a passport and 2 others I don't remember) to exit the
stage. There's the other spy who is out to do the same thing. When you meet
the other spy in a room, a battle to the death ensues. Well, you really just
try to pound on the buttons faster than your opponent. There are also traps
that you can set to hinder your opponents progress, but if you mess with the
traps very much then your opponent will find the 4 objects and defeat you.
Liked: The item placement is different in each level.
Hated: The fighting engine is horrible.

Graphics Description: The graphics of Spy Vs. Spy are okay. The rooms are
sparsely decorated and the spies look okay. There's some pretty colors in
some of the rooms. The animation of the spies is bad. When you get in a
fight the spies can only kick about ankle high.
Liked: Colorful rooms.
Hated: Poor animation.

Sound/Music Description: Spy Vs. Spy has some a fairly catchy song that is
played ad nauseum. The sound fx are old-school and are kind of goofy.
Liked: Catchy song.
Hated: Old-school sound fx.

Play Control/Game Design: Spy Vs. Spy controls fine. The game is pretty fun
to play, although it's fairly simple.
Liked: Good controls.
Hated: Nothing.

****************************************************************************

Improve: Better sound fx, better animation,

RIYL: Spy Vs. Spy(NES), Spy Vs. Spy(GBC)

****************************************************************************

Final Words: Spy Vs. Spy is a pretty cool game. If you like retro-games then
this is a cool game for you. It's pretty fun to play, but it's nothing more
than a time-waster. There's no quest to finish or anything. You just play
for a while, then quit and get back to the real world.
