 Kaneh - bosm  is the only herb being offered by the Vision of Hope.  We believe this herb to be the Tree of Life spoken of in the Holy Bible, Revelations22:2 'The leaf of the tree is for the healing of the NATIONS.'

Methods of administering;

The most common and quickest way of ingesting the essential oils of this herb is by smoking it.   The methods of doing this are to many, but rolling a herb ciggarette or pipeing are very common.

I don't smoke tobacco and I'm not going to smoke any other herb either!  Well you can chop the herb up fine and cook into your food or extract the oil, better yet give me a chance to get some recipes on line.     ---Send me your fav and I'll post it---
