All puppies are sold as pets only. No guarantee is made as
to size, color, quality, disposition, or fertility.
Purchasing a toy and teacups:
The buyer understands that a toy and tea cup breed puppy is an extremely fragile creature and that additional care will be needed to insure the health and well being of the puppy. Young puppies can be
prone to hypoglycemia condition of low blood sugar. Hypoglycemia can
be brought on by stress, strenuous exercise, over handling, but most often it is brought on by a failure to eat a sufficient amount of
good quality food. Puppies become depressed when first taken away from their mom and littermates. They need to be monitored and encouraged to
eat and drink. They need lots of TLC. Some signs of hypoglycemia are pale grayish gums, instead of bright pink gums, overall weakness, a
wobbly gait, anorexia, and in some severe cases seizures. If seizures
occur, karo syrup or honey rubbed on the gums often reverses the condition temporarily. Bring the puppy to your vet ASAP. Problems
arising from Hypoglycemia, malnutrition, and dehydration are not
covered under the terms of this contract. It is the buyers responsibility to properly care for and observe the condition of their puppy.
Immunizations and worming are up to date unless otherwise stated.
Minor Problems such as diarrhea, coccidiosis, wormy stool, etc. are common problems among puppies/dogs and will not be covered by this guarantee although every effort is made to sell puppies/dogs free of these problems.
Only serious defects which are incurable constitute cause
for exchange of a puppy/dog.
To validate our guarantee, the puppy/dog must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase.
Health problems or defects that can not be detected by a veterinarian within this period will not be guaranteed.
Should there be a defect covered by this guarantee, the puppy/dog will be exchanged with one of equal value when one is available and in a
reasonable amount of time if you:
1. Provide Richter Yorkie Ranch with written proof from a
licensed veterinarian that has examined the puppy/dog.
ALL VET BILLS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
