First off you should have the first one if not well then you will not understand this one at all matter of fact ill even try and make it difficult. But on another note as you may have noticed with the first one this is not my normal crazy humorous story, so with out further adue. On with the show. I will also put in my thoughts. Remember this is not a novel, I am not that bored.

Billy had already thought up the plan to escape. He was going to execute it soon. That night when every one was asleep he set the electric system to cut off at 3 hour intervals.( youll find out why later) He knew people would soon be rushing so he had to act quickly. With some pieces of piping took from the bathroom he hurled it at the observation deck above him. He used a makeshift rope he had tied together to climb out of his room.(I had to give him a way folks sheesh) Once inside the observation area he could already tell that the building was in an uproar. There were large booms from above and below his floor. As he was leaving he grabbed a lab coat from a rack. On his way down the stairs he kept his head low and got past many guards were preoccupied with something else because they didn’t bother to even look at him. One told him to evacuate before he gets killed, thinking he was a scientist. On the ground floor the lock down system that would normally be up was definitely down, the buildings safety device was made to unlock all doors incase of fires or whatnot. As he passed by scientists running by he heard them talking about different subjects, none of them mentioned his floor. They mainly talked about the heavy weapons floor. Any way back to Billy he had got out and found a car and knew how to pick the lock and start hot wire the car.  The guard houses were empty and he just drove out, he didn’t have the experience in driving so he ran right over the spike strips in the road and needless to say he was driving with four popped tires. He hit just about every mail box and animal that was out there. He even hit Brad lee. He eventually hit a tree hard enough to stop him.

Back to the center—

The center held many other special people, most were relatively harmless but the ones that were dangerous were put on the heavy weapons floor. The one that had probably had every one worried was a man who had been there his whole life. He had a good bit of built up frustration. He was never given a name, all he ever had was a description, uncontrollable and highly dangerous. His number was 7. He was one of the first put into the center. Now what the government had tried to prevent from ever happening has happened. End
