Keeping your Email Clean
This instruction is to keep your "reply" to a message clean.
It doesn't clean an already messy email.
To clean an already messy email you want to send to someone,
download one of the Cleaners
from the Help Page. They are FREE

In Outlook Express
Go up to Tools/Options, click on the Send Tab
You will get this window.
I would advise you to have your settings like I have here below.
Make sure you have HTML checked. Where the arrow is, click on
HTML Settings
Then you will get this window below
Uncheck Where the arrow is, then hit OK
Then you will get this below
Click on Plain Text Settings.
Then you will get this window below
Uncheck where the arrow is, then hit OK.
Then you are back to the first window here below.
Hit Apply then OK.
Now you can hit Reply to someone's message without getting all the mess on the left, and you won't have to hunt for their addy.
Be sure and pass this on to everyone you know, and have them do the same.
