"How to Send and Receive Pictures in Outlook Express"

In Outlook Express Go up to Tools/Options.

First click on the Security Tab.

Make sure you have "Internet zone" checked.

Then click on the Send Tab and you will get this window.

I would advise you to have your settings like I have in the below windows.

Make sure you have HTML checked.

Where the arrow is, click on HTML Settings

Then you will get this window below

Uncheck Where the arrow is, and make sure that

Send pictures with message is checked.

Then hit OK Then you will get this below

While you're in here, might as well

click on Plain Text Settings. This will help

keep your email from getting all these >>>>>>

when you reply.

Then you will get this window below

Uncheck where the arrow is, then hit OK.

Then you are back to the first window here below.

Hit Apply then OK.

Now you should be able to send and receive pictures with your email.
