"How to Change Colors Without using the Color Chart"
I would print this for ready reference
For this page you will need to download this free tool
(click on above)
Save this tool to your Desktop and put it on your Taskbar
by dragging and dropping.
Here's how to do that.
Left click with your mouse on the Icon.
hold the mouse button down and drag it to a blank place on your
task bar.
(at the bottom of your screen for the people that don't know where it is)
Then release the button on your mouse.
You now should have a little button that looks like this
All you have to do is click on it while you are making
your stationery to get the color # you want.
It will look like this
See the eyedropper in the upper left corner?
Hold your left mouse key down and go to the color
in the main image that you want for the background.
In the above, the # is the background color of the stationery
on this page.
Highlight the color # and then copy/Paste it into your
script where it say's Background color.
Don't copy these thingys "", just the #CFFFF9
of course yours will be different. haha.
Just play around with it. You'll get the hang of it.
You can even change the color of the background
on the simple non scrolling stationery, too.
With this color tool, you will get better results
than using the color charts.
Plus it is faster than hunting for a color off the chart.
SO!
Have fun experimenting with it.
