Will of Victoria Z. Henry

State of North Carolina, County of Anson.

I, Victoria Z. Henry, above county and state, being of sound mind and memory, but considering the uncertainty of my earthly existence do make and declare this my last will and testament. My executor herein after named shall give my body a decent burial suitable to my friends and relatives and pay all funeral expenses together with my just debts out of first money to come to his hands belonging to my estate.

2nd: I give my nephew, Boyce Henry, Ossie Henry, W. Coxe, U. Coxe and W. Coxe, and to my niece, Mary Coxe Ratliff, one hundred dollars each, to be paid by my executor.

3rd: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate real and personal and mixed to J.C. Henry, Ray Henry, Jewel M. Henry, J. Smith Henry, B.H. Henry, Jr., and Bright Henry, and their heirs, share and share alike. It is my wish that the devisor named in this item third of my will hold my real estate in common as long as practical to do so. In the event that any of them desire to dispose of their interest in my real estate I desire that they shall sell to the other devisor named in this item upon such terms as may be materially agreed upon.

I hereby constitute and appoint my nephew my lawful executor to execute this last will and testament according to its true intent and meaning of the same and every part and clause thereof. Hereby revoking and declaring all other wills heretofore made null and void.

In witness whereby Victoria Z. Henry do set my seal, 5th day of January, 1912.

Signed:
U.U. Mclendon
