When pre-purchased blocks are bought, I will send you an e-mail with the individual certificate's location. These certificates have no expiration date.

Refund Information
Refunds are available for full 5 blocks of readings only. Therefore if 10 are purchased and 1 is used, 5 will be refunded. As well as if 15 are purchased and 1 is used, 10 will be refunded. These refunds will be calculated from the price you purchased only.
