Royalty vice president Billy Centrone put a lot of time and hard work into his clean 1990 Chevy Caprice. Being knowledge in many ways has saved Billy lots of money. He has done everything to his car. From shaving the door handles to install his 4-pump setup. Being one of Royalty's longest members, he has seen many changes in styles and the club. He originally started out with a set of 15x10 Hammers. But it didn't take long for him to realize that wasn't what he wanted. He then realized he wanted a tru lowrider. So he went for a set of 14' center golds. He began working on the body. Shaving the door handles, trunk, and emblems. He still wasn't done. He then installed his hydraulic setup. Giving the car a real appeal. He then worked on the frame of the car. Cleaning it and smoothing it out. Now it was time for paint. The car and the frame were painted a pearl white. The car could be seen traveling everywhere from The Keys to Tampa Lowrider. Dancing everywhere he went, Billy put a name out for himself. Taking home trophies just about everywhere. He later went on to adding a burgundy ragtop. Then months after, he did something not too many people have done. He cut just about his entire roof to install a sliding rag. Really giving his car a show worthy look. But all the hard work wasn't done quit yet. He began by stripping piece here and piece there. By the time he realized it, the car was no longer drivable. He decided all his parts would get dropped of for a chrome finish. Because he wanted a one of a kind dancer. Well the car hasn't been seen in over a year. Billy has since bought another Chevy. Slapping a set of 20" to ride on for the time being. But before you know it. This Chevy with be identical to his old one. But like so many other in the club, it won't make an appearance till it rolls into the pit at Tampa Lowrider 2001.
