Hear is some information that I found
out about Dragonball Z.
1. Did you know that Rou Kaioushin is fused with someone? No, I'm not talking
about Kaioushin, he's fused with Kibito, most people know that. But thousands of
years ago, before he was sealed in the Z Sword, Rou Kaioushin looked very much
like Kaioushin. Well, one day he was sitting under a tree reading a comic book,
(manga), when an old witch snuck up from behind him and stole one of his
earrings. These are the Potora earrings that automatically cause Fusion if both
are put on the opposite ears of two different people. She put the earring on her
left ear and Rou Kaioushin looked at her in horror as the two flew through the
air towards each other and fused life. That's why Rou Kaioushin looks so
different from Kaioushin, and that's also how he was able to do that spell to
upgrade Gohan's power since he's part witch.
2.Did you know that Tenshinhan participates in the fight against Super Buu?
Super Buu was about to do an attack that would kill Gohan, but suddenly a blast
came out of nowhere and deflected Buu's attack. It was Tenshinhan's Kikohou. Of
course he gets knocked out later, and dies when the Earth explodes, but hey, at
least he helped unlike two other Z Fighters, ahem, Kuririn and Yamucha. Even
when they were alive, they hardly even tried to help out against Majin Buu.
3.(Courtesy of King Jimbo) Did you know that planet Vegita wasn't always planet
Vegita? Before the Saiya-jin took over, it was called planet Plant!
4.Did you know that Mr. Satan's dog is named Bee?
5.Did you know that in the TV series only, Kuririn had a girlfriend before No.
18? Her name was Maron, just like his daughter, except her name didn't have two
r's. She was really beautiful, but a total ditz.
6.Did you know that in the TV series only, there was an episode where Gohan went
on a date? He thinks a girl named Angela knows a secret of his, (she never says
what the secret she knows is), and she bribes him to go out with her, or else
she'll tell everyone. Gohan thinks she knows he's the Great SaiyaN Man, but it
turns out, she only knew he wears teddy bear underwear.
7. Did you know that in the TV series only, there's an episode which focusses on
Piccolo and Gokou going to driving school? It's hysterical! It ends up in an all
out race between the 2 warriors, from a crowded high-way, to the outskirts of
town.
8.Did you know that Vegita never reached true Ultimate Super Saiya-jin during
the Cell saga? The only people to reach that level were Trunks and Son Gokou.
Trunks states that his father was only lacking a little bit of power. Ultimate
SSJ, is essentially SSJ2, but with not quite as much power, and it's a very slow
moving form.
9.Did you know that Vegita actually admits that Gokou is better at fighting than
him? In the episode where Gokou fights Little Buu as Super Saiya-jin 3, Vegita
is off to the side watching and contemplaiting Gokou's actions and powers
throughout the years. Finally he figures out that why Gokou is so strong. He
fights not just for his personal goal, but for the safety of others, as well as
personal enjoyment. He doesn't fight just to win, just to have a good time. He
remembers all the times Gokou surpassed him and finally his speech ends with, "Gokou,
you truly are Earth's Number 1 fighter!".
10. (Courtesy of King Jimbo) Did you know that at one point Piccolo is stronger
than Gokou, Vegita, Trunks, and Gohan? When he fuses with Kami, he becomes the
most powerful Z Soldier for a while.
11. Did you know that Gokou's home address IS actually given in the series and
manga? His address is 439 East District.
12.(Courtesy of King Jimbo) Did you know that the Cell that everyone in the
present fights, is actually from a third time-line we never see? The Cell that
Gohan killed arrived here in the following steps. First he killed Trunks in his
time, stole Trunk's time machine, arrived in the present, precisely one year
before Cyborg Freeza arrived, stayed in a pupa state, and then hatched several
years later. It sounds confusing, but it's true.
13. Did you know that in Future Trunks' time, Androids 16,19 and 20 never
existed? Also, Doctor Gero was killed by his creations, so Trunks never even saw
him.
14. Did you know that regardless of Gokou's many fruitless attempts to learn to
drive, eventually he does. He even passes the written test because Chi-chi
forces him to study all night.
15. Did you know that there's a pretty funny episode near the end of Z where
Buruma holds a party for everyone, even Dende is invited. Everyone has a good
time, even Vegita, who after getting drooled on by Buu, actually smiles and
gives him a sandwich. Everyone's there except of course, yep, Gokou. He's off
protecting some terrydactyl eggs. But eventually he shows up. At the very end of
another late Z episode, there's a cute bit where Gokou is splashing around with
Goten and Trunks in his water basin. Eventually it gets aggressive and Gokou
holds the kid's heads under-water, but then they hop out and do fusion naked,
becoming a nude Gotenks. Gotenks jumps in and tries to overcome Gokou, but Gokou
turns into Super Saiya-jin 2 and the water basin explodes leaving a naked Gokou
happily staring down at his attacker. Buruma and Ch-chi rush forward to cover up
their little warrior..er...warriors.
16. Perhaps, when you first heard Gokou's Japanese voice, you thought, "Ha!
That's pretty funny!!! It sounds like a girl!" Guess what? You're right. That
means that Gohan, and Goten's voices are also a woman's since the same person
does all three character's voices. Kuririn's voice is also a woman!
17. Did you know that Akira Toriyama made a short comic of Vegita beating up
Gokou? Well...beating him at a Super Famicom game that is.
18. Did you know that the name of the temple that Kuririn came from was the
Orinji Temple. The word Orinji means, "Many Tree", so Kuririn comes from the
Many Tree Temple.
19. Did you know that The Capsule Corporation and the Red Ribbon Army, were
actually in competition with each other in the auto industry? RR's percentage of
world-wide sales was 16%, and the CC's percentage of world-wide sales was 40%.
However in the year, 778, the CC completely destroys them in the industry.
20. Did you know that in the TV series only, there was an episode that dealt
with Gohan getting tuttored? The guy was a real mean SOB and actually whipped
Gohan with a little whip. Chi chi started to get angry about that, but when the
tutor bad-mouthed Gokou, Chi chi went nuts and ran him out of the house.
21. Did you know that Mr. Satan is indeed a very strong man? Probablly the
strongest human minus any of the Z Soldiers and his daughter. Before the Cell
Game, (in the TV series only), to show his strength to the world, he pulls 4
busses across a stadium.
21. Did you know that there was a HUGE difference between Trunks the Story manga,
and the Trunks TV Special? In the manga, Trunks was able to turn SuperSaiya-jin
before Gohan died. But in the TV Special, Gohan's death is what caused Trunks to
transform into the Super Saiya-jin.
22. Did you know that according to police records, Buruma's ID number is SSC
41453 ?
23. Did you know there were 187 fights from Dragon Ball to the end of Dragon
Ball Z?
24. Did you know that Future Trunks goes back to his time, and kills the
Artificial Humans 17 and 18 in episode 194 of Dragon Ball Z, and ironically,
when Trunks fought them, that was the 149th battle in the series.
25. Did you know that Buruma changes her hairstyle, (not counting her first
one), 15 times from DB to the end of DBZ?
26. Nappa DID have hair! It was shown only once in the Bardock TV Special.
27. Yes ladies and gentleman, it does exist! For the first time on the Internet,
I present to you, a complete and ACCURATE list of every given power level in
Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z! This list is taken directly from Dragon Ball
Daizenshyu 7, and the manga. There can be no disputing these power levels,
they're given by Toriyama himself. Notice there are no power levels given after
the Freeza saga, that's because scouters weren't used again, except for once
very briefly after the battle on Nameck. If you see a list of power levels on
the Internet that has power levels AFTER the Freeza saga, don't trust it. It's
only speculation and opinion. Also notice I haven't written down any
controversial power levels, ex. Gokou as a baby. This was only shown in the TV
Special, and the TV Specials, the anime, and movies are sort of like, "another
dimension", of DB/Z. If anyone finds Baby Gokou's power in the manga, let me

Name: Android #16
Race: Full Robot
Moves/Attacks: Flying, Hellfire Blast, Renzoku Energy Dan, Shoot Hand, Various
Energy Attacks, Zanzoken
Description: #16 was one of Dr. Gero's earlier creations. He was considered a
failure because instead of fighting he was peaceful. The only person he actually
wanted to kill was Goku, until Cell arrived. #16 tried to defend #17 from being
absorbed by Cell, but #17 was too ignorant and wanted to fight Cell. #17 was
pretty easily absorbed by Cell. Cell then became too powerful for #16 to defend
against. He tried to get #18 to run, and they eventually hide on an island until
Cell arrives and they are forced to run again. #18 is eventually absorbed and
Cell becomes perfect. #16 is strong but he is later killed by Cell. His death
triggers something in Gohan and causes him to go Super Saiya-jin Level 2.
Name: Android #17
Race: Part Human, Part Robot
Moves/Attacks: Flying, Force Field, Renzoku Energy Dan, Various Energy Attacks,
Zanzoken
Description: #17 is probably Dr. Gero's most cocky, and confident android. Even
when he is evenly matched or losing, he always believes he will come out on top.
He wants to kill Goku but makes the mistake of taking his time on getting there.
Piccolo decides to try to kill him so Cell can not become perfect but because of
his unyielding confidence he is absorbed by Cell. Cell becomes far more powerful
than usual with #17's energy. Although he is stronger than #18, #17 can't
compare to Cell and Piccolo combined with Kame.
Name: Android #18
Race: Part Human, Part Robot
Moves/Attacks: Flying, Force Field, Renzoku Energy Dan, Various Energy Attacks,
Zanzoken
Description: Although #18 looks basically like a "cute" girl, you better watch
out. She is quite strong and was equal to Vegeta when he first went Super
Saiya-jin. She is smarter than #17, and doesn't have his confidence. Even with
that she still ends up being absorbed by Cell. With the addition of her, he
becomes PERFECT. When Cell is defeated by Gohan, #17, and #18 become normal
again. #18 and Krillin fall in love... They get married and eventually have a
daughter.
Name: Android #19
Race: Part Human, Part Robot
Moves/Attacks: Absorb Energy, Flying, Renzoku Energy Dan, Various Energy
Attacks, Zanzoken
Description: #19 is the android that Dr. Gero had decided to bring with him to
face Goku, and the rest. He was the most loyal of Dr. Gero's androids, and he
has the awesome ability of absorbing energy from a person by grabbing them, or
absorbing an energy attack! He faced off against Goku, but like Dr. Gero he
didn't know about Goku going Super Saiya-jin. He was losing very badly against
Goku until Goku used a kamehameha, and #19 absorbed it. Then since Goku was
having the heart problems that Trunks predicted he was easily beaten by #19. #19
didn't have long to bask in his glory though, and the newly turned Super
Saiya-jin Vegeta had appeared on the scene, and massacred #19. The only thing
left of him was his head.
Name: Bardock
Race: Full Saiya-jin
Moves/Attacks: Flying, Renzoku Energy Dan, Various Energy Blasts, Zanzoken
Desription: Bardock is Goku's father. Although the two never truely met, they
are somehow close... Bardock was given the ability to tell the future by a
enemy, as a curse. Indeed it was because Bardock discovered that planet Vegeta
would be destroyed, and that Freezer would betray the Saiya-jins. After being
healed of injuires, Bardock raced after his friends and found them all killed by
Freezer's henchmen. Bardock fought very skillfully and won the day... Until
Dodoria showed up. Dodoria defeated Bardock with a single blast, however Bardock
wasn't done yet. Although badly hurt, Bardock managed to get to his space pod
and start flying back to planet Vegeta. None of the Saiya-jins believe Bardock's
unlikely story about Freezer betraying them, so he goes off to fight them alone.
Bardock fights his way through many henchmen, and Freezer comes out to face him.
Bardock thinks Freezer is really weak and throws a blast, but Freezer forms a
deathball and it absorbs Bardock's blast... Freezer then throws the deathball...
It hits Bardock, and keeps going until it destroys planet Vegeta.
Name: Brolly
Race: Full Saiya-jin
Moves/Attacks: Flying, Renzoku Energy Dan, SSJ Level I, Ultimate SSJ, Various
Energy Blasts, Zanzoken
Description: Brolly was THE most powerful saiya-jin at birth. He is considered
the legendary Super Saiya-jin. He was driven crazy by Goku's crying when they
were in the hospital together. He is incredibly strong, and took on Goku, Vegeta,
Piccolo, Gohan, and Trunks at the same time. Although he only reached the first
level of Super Saiya-jin, he was about as strong as a Level III Super Saiyajin.
Brolly keeps on coming back after being defeated... He took on the whole Z Force
until Goku beat him with all the gathered energy of everyone else. Brolly came
back to fight Goten, Trunks, and Gohan later on. He was defeated again by a
large kamehameha which was a combined shot from Goten, Gohan, and Goku. He was
finally killed by Goten and Trunks after being mutated by a strange purple
substance.
Name: Bulma
Race: Full Human
Moves/Attacks: None besides constant anger, self pity, and well... being a pain
Description: Bulma is a technological genius. She can use almost any kind of
machine. She has contributed importantly many times throughout the series. She
found out how to program a scouter to make it show numbers in their language.
She also made the infamous brute ray which allows Vegeta to reach Super
Saiya-jin Level 4. She is the mother of Trunks, and treats him very well. She
even invented the time machine that allowed Future Trunks to stop the hazards in
the past from ever happening. Bulma eventually marries Vegeta, although in the
future Vegeta died before they had the chance.
Name: Cell
Race: Unknown, he is a genetically created super being
Moves/Attacks: Absorb, Create Cell Jr.s, Flying, Kamehameha, Makenkosappo
(Special Beam Cannon), Regeneration, Renzoku Energy Dan, Zanzoken
Description: Cell is the combination of Goku's, Vegeta's, Piccolo's, Freezer's,
King Cold's, Tenshinhan's, and Krillin's DNA. He was created by Dr. Gero's
computer. Dr. Gero never stopped wanting revenge on Goku for defeating the Red
Ribbon Army, and programed his computer to use the DNA he had collected from the
strongest warriors to create the perfect being, Cell. When cell was finished
being created, he stole Trunks' time machine from the future, and came back to
present time. Cell wasn't entirely perfect yet, so he went searching for #17,
and #18 to absorb them and become perfect. He eventually absorbed them, and no
one could defeat him... That was until Gohan got mad and went Super Saiya-jin
II. Gohan and Cell were evenly matched until Vegeta blasted cell and distracted
him, while Gohan shot him with a full powered perfect kamehameha. Cell was
disintegrated.
Name: Dr. Gero/Android #20
Race: Part Human, Part Robot
Moves/Attacks: Absorb Energy, Flying, Renzoku Energy Dan, Various Energy
Attacks, Zanzoken
Description: Dr. Gero was defeated by Goku when Goku was a child. He has held a
grudge ever since, and has vowed to resurrect the Red Ribbon Army. Dr. Gero
created a number of androids, and decided to use them against Goku. Even though
he orignally intruduced himself as Android #20, later he is discovered to be Dr.
Gero. Dr. Gero ran, and hid from all the Z Warriors, until he had the chance to
activate his strongest creations... #17, and #18. Dr. Gero had hoped that unlike
the last time he activated them, they would listen to him. They tricked him and
broke the emergency shutdown control, and #17 killed Dr. Gero.
Name: Frieza
Race: ????
Moves/Attacks: Cutter Attack, Death Ball, Flying, Homing Kien Zan (Destructo
Disk), Renzoku Energy Dan, Transform to 4 levels of power, Zanzoken
Description: Freezer is the "strongest" being in the universe for some time. He
went to Namek to search for the dragon balls in order to become immortal. Vegeta
was a thorn in his side however, and managed to stop Freezer from making his
wish. When Freezer finally called in the special "Ginyu Force" he finally had
all seven dragon balls. They needed to speak Namek in order to get the dragon to
come out, so Freezer could not make his wish. Freezer went out to search for
living nameks, and then later returned to his ship to find Krillin, Gohan, and
Vegeta with some rocks that used to be the dragon balls. Freezer got furious and
a raging battle ensued. Vegeta was killed, Krillin was killed, Piccolo was
mortally wounded, but Goku, still infuriated about Krillin's death defeated
Freezer after reaching SSJ Level I. Freezer comes back to Earth after being
revived by his father, King Cold. Future Trunks then almost effortlessly wastes
Freezer... this time he has no chance of being rebuilt.

Description: The incredibly idiotic/strange group of fighters. They are the
"elite" group of Freezer's warriors. Although considered to be VERY weak later
in the series, they are quite strong when the Z Warriors actually encounter
them. Gohan, Krillin, and Vegeta were defeated by this group. Eventually, all of
the members were killed. They were all killed by Vegeta (after being
incapacitated by Goku), except Ginyu, who was transported back to Earth, and has
to live the rest of his life as a toad... unless hes switches bodies, but who
knows because he never reappears in any Dragon Ball series.
Name: Gohan
Race: Half Saiya-jin, Half Human
Moves/Attacks: Flying, Kamehameha, Masenko, Renzoku Energy Dan, SSJ Level I,
Ultimate SSJ, SSJ Level II, Zanzoken
Description: Gohan is the oldest of Goku and Chi-Chi's sons. As a boy he was
always studying, and was taken prisoner by Raditz. Gohan played a key role in
the fight against Raditz, when Goku was in trouble Gohan got angry and attacked
with such force, that it made Raditz lose his balance. (At that time Raditz was
FAR stronger than any of the heroes) Gohan later trains with Piccolo for the
arrival of the other saiya-jins, Nappa and Vegeta. During this time, Gohan and
Piccolo form a special bond. Gohan always looks up to Piccolo even when he
becomes older. Gohan is arguably the STRONGEST character in the dragonball
series. He almost never fights at full strength. I guess he doesn't have enough
fighting motivation. When he does fight at full strength... LOOK OUT!

Description: Goku is the main character of Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, and
Dragon Ball GT. He is also probably the strongest of all the characters to
appear in any of the dragon ball series. In the Z series he becomes married to
Chi-Chi, daughter of Ox King, and they have two sons... Gohan and Goten. He
defeats almost EVERY major enemy throughout ALL of Dragon Ball. He was the first

Name: Goten

Moves/Attacks: Flying, Kamekameha (he says it wrong, but somehow... it still

Description: Goten is the youngest son of Goku and Chi-Chi. He is always playing
around with his best friend, Trunks. Goten is known for throwing fits when he
doesn't get what he wants. He is VERY powerful for his age. He impressed
everyone when he went Super Saiya-jin at age 7. He has a very strong resemblace
to Goku. Goten is also relatively dense so he usually messes things up, and
although he is trying to help he is very clumsy.
Name: Krillin
Race: Full Human
Moves/Attacks: Flying, Kien Zan (Destructo Disc), Kamehameha, Renzoku Energy
Dan, Tri-Form Technique, Zanzoken
Description: Krillin is Goku's best friend, and plays a fairly important role in
Dragon Ball. His Kien Zan is a very powerful attack and he has almost killed
many far stronger enemies with it. He almost killed Freezer at one point. He
isn't as powerful as many of the other characters, but he is very resourceful.
He even briefly faced off against Brolly. He and #18 fall in love, after he
destroys the control that could have deactivated her. They have one daughter,
and Krillin eventually grows hair... YES i know thats hard to believe but he
does! He wishes for it with the dragon balls.
Name: Pan
Race: 3/4 Human, 1/4 Saiya-jin
Moves/Attacks: Flying, Renzoku Energy Dan, Various Energy Attacks, Zanzoken
Description: Pan is Gohan and Videl's daughter. She initializes her Saiya-jin
fourth well, and is the most powerful female in the entire Dragon Ball series.
She is pretty easily tempered, and has problems getting dates because everyone
is scared of her power at school. She tags along accidentally with Goku and
Trunks on their "quest" to find the dark star dragon balls after Goku is wished
back to a little kid by Lord Pilaf. (The dark star dragon balls would destory
Earth within two years of the wish if they were not returned to Earth, and they
were spread all around the universe)
Name: Piccolo
Race: Full Namek
Moves/Attacks: Flying, Makenkosappo (Special Beam Cannon), Masenko,
Regeneration, Renzoku Energy Dan, Tri-Form Technique, Zanzoken
Description: Piccolo was Goku's rival until a powerful being came to Earth named
Raditz. It turned out Raditz was a Saiya-jin like Goku, and he kidnapped Gohan
to get Goku to jion the rest of the saiya-jins. Piccolo and Goku go out to save
Gohan, and eventually suceed with the help of Piccolo's Makenkosappo. Piccolo
developes a bond with Gohan and seems to always be helping him out when he can.
Piccolo melds with his other half, Kami-sama and becomes like a Super Namek when
Cell and the Androids come about. Piccolo is powerful, but he still isn't as
strong as some of the Super Saiya-jins.
Name: Radditz (Raditsu)
Race: Full Saiya-jin
Moves/Attacks: Flying, Renzoku Energy Dan, Various Energy Attacks, Zanzoken
Description: Radditz is Goku's brother who came to recruit Goku. One of the few
surviving Saiya-jins, Radditz, Nappa, and Vegeta wanted Goku to join up with
them and help them conquer planets. Goku refused, and Radditz took Gohan as a
ransom. Goku teams up with Piccolo and they both rush to save Gohan and defeat
Radditz. During the battle, Piccolo loses an arm, and Goku gets hurt. While
Piccolo charges up his Makankosappo, (Special Beam Cannon) Goku distracts
Radditz. Goku and Piccolo first learn of Gohan's incredible power when he
charges Radditz head on and does quite a bit of damage. After the first failure
of the Makankosappo, Piccolo tries again. This time however, Goku is holding
Radditz in a Full Nelson. The Makankosappo kills both Radditz and Goku.
Name: Tenshinhan (Tien)
Race: Full Human with a third eye (freak)
Moves/Attacks: Flying, Multi-form Technique, Renzoku Energy Dan, Taiyoken (Solar
Flare), Various Energy Attacks, Zanzoken
Description: Tenshinhan is one of the strongest humans there are, but his power
still doesn't come anywhere near those of the Super Saiya-jins. His Taiyoken
technique always comes in handy when a retreat is needed. He is also able to
make multiple forms of himself, and can take on stronger enemies with that
ability. He cares very much about a strange little "doll" like person, Chaozu.
Name: Trunks
Race: Half Saiya-jin, Half Human
Moves/Attacks: Burning Attack, Finishing Buster, Flying, Renzoku Energy Dan, SSJ
Level I, Ultimate SSJ, Zanzoken
Description: Trunks is the son of Bulma, and Vegeta. He originally came from a
future where the world was taken over by two androids... #17, and #18. He
thought that by saving Goku from a terminal heart disease with medicine that was
not yet availible in the present, he could stop the androids from ever taking
over. Trunks gives the medicine to Goku, and leaves. Later Trunks arrives yet
again because he wants to make sure the androids are destroyed. Something
strange had happened in the present, and the androids are far stronger and a
being known only as Cell ends up absorbing #17, and #18 to become the perfect
being. Trunks leaves soon after the defeat of Cell. Around when the androids
appeared in the present the actual Trunks was born to Bulma. The present day
Trunks was never as strong as Future Trunks because Future Trunks grew up in a
world of chaos, while present day Trunks grew up in rather peaceful times.
Name: Vegeta
Race: Full Saiya-jin
Moves/Attacks: Big Bang Attack, Final Flash, Flying, Galic Gun, Renzoku Energy
Dan, SSJ Level I, Ultimate SSJ, SSJ Level II, SSJ Level IV (with brute ray),
Zanzoken
Description: Vegeta is the prince of all saiya-jins. He was rated as an elite
saiya-jin at birth, and he has a HUGE thirst for power. Vegeta will do almost
anything to become stronger, and can't turn down a challenge. He reluctantly
falls in love with Bulma, and they have a son... Trunks. Vegeta is always very
jealous of Goku's power. He tries everything to have enough power to defeat Goku.
Goku and Vegeta are constantly rivals, and Vegeta's pride gets him in trouble
quite a bit. Vegeta is unable to accept defeat, and his confidence is nearly
destroyed after being badly beaten by Android #18. Later in the series, Vegeta
even goes as far as becoming Majin, and turning truely evil in order to defeat
Goku. He still does not succeed, and commits suicide in an attempt to kill Majin
Buu. He is wished back however... And he finally is able to express his love
towards his family. Vegeta is a very powerful warrior, and really knows how to
fight.
