Sallies the monies involved with the NFL should
be divided on a percentage basis, then if ticket
sales or interest falls off: owners won't be
caught holding the bag. Arvin one thing I've noticed is a player may perform well one year, then get a big contract and never perform well again; so with that performance contracts must be the normal. Still, owners should not lose or gain on the backs of the players, but monies, expenses, and risks should be divided on a percentage basis. Now the one thing that should not happen is the cessation of negotiations, for there is an equitable way to divide the monies. |
