A big favorite of mine for partys.
It will be gone before you know it!
1 Package active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
3/4 cup luke-milk-scalded & cooled
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tsp salt
1 egg
1/4 cup butter-soft
3 1/2 to 3 /34 cups flour
1/2 cup butter or marj. melted
2 jars parmasian cheese

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
In a large bowl, stir milk, yeast, sugar, salt, egg,1/4 cup butter & 2 cups of the flour.
Beat until smooth.
Mix in enough flour to make dough easy to handle.
Knead until smooth-about 5 minutes.
Place in greased bowl. Turn greased side up. Cover and let rise in warm place 2 hours.
Line tube pan with foil and grease or spray oil.
Punch down dough.
Turn into floured board.
Divide into 24 pieces.
Dip each piece in melted margarine then in cheese.
Place in pan.
Let rise til double.
Bake 375 35 min.
Serve cooled and sliced with various cold cuts and cheeses.
