CRUST
1 cup flour
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup shortening
5 to 6 Tbsp cold water
FILLING
1 lb sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 cup milk
salt & pepper to taste

CRUST
Sift flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt together into a bowl. cut in the shortening until coarse. Add water, Tbsp at a time and blend . Form dough into ball. Knead a few times. Pat out into the bottem of an 11 X 15 baking pan.
FILLING
Brown sausage (add a little onion and/or mushrooms if desired) and drain.
spoon over dough. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt & pepper and pour over sausage. Bake in 350 oven 25 minutes or until eggs are set. Cut into squares and serve.
