1 cup water
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup flour
4 large eggs

Combine water, butter and salt in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add flour. Stir until mixture leaves sides of pan and clumps together.
Remove from heat.
Beat in eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
Drop small sppon-fuls, the size of a small walnut, onto ungreased baking sheet, leaving room for expansion.
Bake in 400F oven for about 20 minutes. They should look dry.
Cool on rack. Cut tops almost off and fill with favorite filling such as a crab or shrimp dip or filling. Overstuff then barely set top on at an angle to reveal the wonderful morsel inside.
