A wonderful recipe using a good old standby.
1 pkg Chicken Rice-A-Roni
1 can Chow Mein Vegetables
6 eggs
1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped green onion
soy sauce

Prepare 1 pkg Fried Rice-A-Roni according to package directions.....cool.
Beat 6 eggs with 1 Tbsp. soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. salt, dash pepper.
Stir in cooked Rice-A-Roni, 1 16oz can drained bean sprouts, 1/4 cup sliced green onion.
Drop mixture by 1/2 cupfuls onto greased griddle. Brown on each side.
Sauce: 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 2 Tbsp cornstarch and 2 cups water. Cook until thick.
Serve over Egg Fu Young
