Ingredients:
5 lb lean hamburger
1/4 cup Morton's Tender Quick Salt
(found is most grocery stores)
1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 Tbsp. Garlic salt
1 Tbsp. Onion powder
coarse ground pepper or peppercorns to taste

1st day: mix hamburger and tender quick well and let stand overnight.
2nd day: mix in the Liquid smokd, Garlic Salt, onion powder and pepper.
form salami sticks at desired size.
bake at 200 degrees for 6 hours.
It will form its own casing.
