This has been a favorite of mine for years. Quick easy and inexpensive...goes anywhere!
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 Pkg. lemon Jello(small)
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup water
GLAZE
4 Tbsp. lemon juice or juice from 2 lemons
2 cups powdered sugar

Mix all together and bake according to package directions for cake, in a 9 X 13 pan.
Have glaze ready when cake comes from oven and immediately poke with tooth-pick (the more the better); then pour glaze over HOT cake.
