1 lb. powdered sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup nuts

Lightly grease an 8 inch square pan. Set aside. Place sugar and cocoa in medium mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Add milk and butter. DO NOT STIR!!!! Heat in microwave 2 minutes uncovered. Remove and stir just long enough to make creamy. Add vanilla and nuts. Chill in refrigerator.
