Your guests/family will scream for more and want the recipe when you serve this hardy dish to them.
Figure 1 lb Sausage to 6 eggs + two eggs for dipping.
Hard boil eggs..cool..peel
Put sausage out to room tempature.
Make a bowl of Flour, garlic,salt & pepper.
Another bowl of beaten egg
another bowl of bread crumbs
another bowl of water for wetting hands

Roll egg in flour..then with wet hands, make a sausage patty thin and cover egg completely.
Dip in egg mixture - then bread crumbs.
Deep fry until done (about 5 minutes) then turn 5 more minutes.
Dain on paper towells.
Good now, better tomorrow, even better next day.
Great frozen.
