Dear friend,

Please, give me a few minutes and read this letter. Excuse me for disturbing, but it's looks like a single way to inform the rest of the world what in Yugoslavia really happen.

USA and NATO accused Yugoslavia for "ethnic cleansing" and "humanitarian catastrophe" toward ethnic Albanian "majority" in Serb province KOSOVO. It was main excuse for NATO attack to Yugoslavia. Your people believe it is the truth, but we can say any single word is lie.

1) Albanians became majority in the province thanks to three reasons. One of them is a few decades carried out "ethnic cleansing" of SERBIAN population through threats, frightens, outrage buying of homes, hurts and finally killings. Many hundreds thousands Serbs are displaced from their homes in KOSOVO. Second reason is enormous growth of Albanian population. Like almost every one primitive people, average Albanian family has more than seven children. Third, thousands of Albanians - citizens of Albania came to Yugoslavia and stayed there. There is one more important characteristic of Albanian people - high grade of cohesion on the ground of ethnic belonging despite of truth, regularity, legality etc.

2) Everything was possible because ethnic Albanians had high level of autonomy and local authority that is used for ethnic cleansing of Serbs. After ethnic cleansing of Serb Albanians demand not for higher level of autonomy (they already had highest level of autonomy) but for statehood and after that for territorial separation from Yugoslavia and constituting so called "Great Albania".

3) When the Serb authority denied ethnic Albanian demand for separation, they formed K.L.A. - terrorist organization for the sake of killing, destroying and forming ethnic clear KOSOVO and "Great Albania". With first terrorist actions, Serb authority answered with legal means: prosecutions, accusations, convictions and arrests of terrorists. K.L.A. intensify its terrorist actions, and Serbia strengthened its police forces and movements. Of course, many people eye-witnessed terrorist and police antiterrorist battles were afraid. Many people were afraid and made decision to move temporally from their homes. They did not believe to anybody. So, they have abandoned their homes and became refugees. K.L.A. threatened to anybody who will return to his home to be killed from side of K.L.A or from Serb forces and people believe that. At the other side, USA and NATO required to Serbia to stop own violence against K.L.A. but not to stop violence of K.L.A. and not to stop separatist steps. Unfortunately, great part of ethnic Albanians supported K.L.A. not because of truth, justice, law or some similar reason, but because members of K.L.A. simply were Albanians.

The tactic of K.L.A. was: do not allow people turn back to their homes? make and keep an image of humanitarian catastrophe? asks for foreign troops and eliminate Serbia state control from the province. After that, they could be deciding to separate KOSOVO from Serbia with "peaceful means" and change Yugoslavian borders "legally".

When Yugoslavian government started to faith against terrorist K.L.A. USA and NATO started to treat Yugoslavia with bombing. In the meantime, NATO support K.L.A. with great amount of weapons, military instructors and media assistance. To justify his aggression toward Yugoslavia USA and NATO organized conference in Paris. There they made an agreement, which predict three unacceptable solutions. First, statehood of province KOSOVO (own president, parliament, courts, police, law, etc.) with only some of state functions of Serbia (monetary policy? defense? foreign policy? custom services and federal taxation. The agreement would be only interim solutions. After period of three years people (Albanians) will be asked for their future in Yugoslavia (peaceful change of boundaries). To protect such decision and falling KOSOVO to Albania, there will be stationed NATO troops. Yugoslavia, of course, did not sign such an agreement and this was main reason for bombing.

Contrary to Charter UN, NATO and USA made attack against Yugoslavia, although competent organs of UN did not make any decision to engage military forces against Yugoslavia. USA and NATO consider that, thanks to their raw power, they have right to punish everyone. So, NATO started crime aggression against Yugoslavia. For five days of aggression, NATO had throw more then 230 g. explosive "per capita" of whole Yugoslav people. He damaged buildings and infrastructure for about $ 250 millions. Factories and private homes are destroyed or damaged. More then 100 Schools are damaged and kindergartens as well. Many people died (including children) and a few hundreds are wounded. NATO is making new greater "humanitarian catastrophe" to prevent old one. As NATO rockets are missing targets and destroying Albanian homes as well as Serb, increasing number of refugees. So, NATO made humanitarian catastrophe greater and found new reasons for bombing because humanitarian catastrophe increased.

Now, we are just NATO targets. But we know protect us. More then 20 NATO airplanes are destroyed (including two famous airplanes F-117A) and more then 60 missiles too. You cannot get such information from CNN, EURONEWS, NEW YORK TIMES etc. At least 1/3 of NATO pilots died. Why? Nobody invited them to Yugoslavia, especially for bombing. Who is responsible for such decisions? How end this situation? Yugoslav people will never give up. They can be killed, but they cannot sign disaster of their country. NATO can only kill 10 millions Yugoslavian people to "predict" humanitarian catastrophe. He just is doing so.

PLEASE, HELP INNOCENT YUGOSLAVIAN PEOPLE. TELL THE TRUTH TO YOUR FRIEND AND NEIGHBOUR. DEMAND FROM YOUR AUTHORITIES TO STOP KILLING, TO BREAK BOMBING. TRANSLATE THIS LETTER TO YOUR LANGUAGE AND SEND FORWARD TO YOUR FRIEND IN THE NAME OF TRUTH AND JUSTICE.
