When it is talked about it usually means the few set of numbers that go with the cam id.(x= A, B, C, D or E). (y= 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6). With the 4th generation and newer, the model distinction translates as follows: 1=Silver, 2=Gold, 4=Platinum, 6-Para Tados. The manual will add either a 1 or a 5 to the number printed on the back of the IRD on 4th generation and newer models. For example, the manual will state E11/E25, but the name plate on the unit will show E1 and E2 respectively.The true test of these programmers lately is to see how well they work with talk. |

745 = This refers to a message on your tv screen produced by the ird.That itself was a breath of freshair especially after you see all the emails i get from people that bought something and they dont have a clue how to use it.Try using it for that purpose sometime, just make sure that you use a damaged one though.The board itself is surface mounted, and it uses three led's to let you know that the machine is communicating with the card. |
