| This is the second smallest unit i have reviewed to date.Anytime a smartcard is activated or reset, it must send data out its serial port in order for its hosts device to determin the cards' requirement, such as communication, programming voltages etc.This unit came ready to go including the very easy to read instructions to make sure even the Newest of Newbies could get it running. |
