Play as Keith Evans:

First get Richard Wong. Now beat Arcade mode with every character. You can also get Keith by playing the game for 12 hours.

Play as Burn:

First, get both Richard and Keith. Now beat both Arcade and Story modes with every character (including Keith and Richard).
