Pyromancer - toggle right button explosion
Aeroballistics - add full air support
Invulnerable - makes sarge invulnerable
Paralysis - pins foes in place
Telekinetic - teleport sarge anywhere in the world
Plethora - full up on ammo
Occultation - stealth mode
Kahuna - Add explosions, omniscient view, and invulnerability
