Unlock Unlimited ammunition:

At the options menu, first choose the Classified Files option, then push X, then submit BLASTRADIUS to unlock this option..

Unlock Level select:

At the options menu, first choose the Classified Files option, then push X, then submit KINGSLEY to unlock this option..

Unlock Bonus level 1:

At the options menu, first choose the Classified Files option, then push X, then submit KREUZLER to unlock this option..

Unlock Bonus level 2:

At the options menu, first choose the Classified Files option, then push X, then submit SHEARER to unlock this option..

Unlock Bonus level 3:

At the options menu, first choose the Classified Files option, then push X, then submit UBERDOOPER to unlock this option..

Unlock Mini-game:

Use the Bonus level 3 code, then press and hold Left Analog-stick Up and quickly push Square, Triangle, Circle, Triangle , Square, Circle when the introduction sequence to the bonus level starts. Push X to end the introduction sequence and the mini-game will start. Push X to move and Triangle to change views during the mini-game.
