It starts out buy launching the 28 person train 65 MPH in 4 seconds up 2/3 of the vertical Heartrole, then gravity pulls it back throught the station and up about 2/3 of the way on the rear vertical. Then back through the station to within 10 feet of the top and then back up the read vertical and halts for 2 seconds, then back through the station and up the front vertical , then back to the station. This is a demo of what the ride is suppose to do. The graphics are a rough view of the ride
and are only intended to give you an idea of what the ride will do when installed.
Color, Dimensions and Speed are a rough example only.
This will take a long time for the animation to load and run (Especially the first time).

NOTE: The height of each tower is 185 feet which both will be overthe water.
The horizontal span will be approximately 300 feet.
The station will be located where the Whirligig was (that is being moved back to it's previous home in front of Batman).

The park is shooting for May 19th to open this ride. The waiting lines are about 1/2 complete, but I was told the ride was only launched once. I noticed that it moved from the loading platform to right before the curve upward, so they were testing the LIM's. I still cannot figure where the line will start, but the exit looks to be in the front and you will exit by the Cheesie Beef stand. Also underneith the base of the curve for the straight tower, they have covered it, I beleive for the Yankee Clipper/Ice Mountain Falls que Lines. I forgot to take a picture of the trains, but will next week. These pictures are a lot darker than DejaVu, but the show the ride from inside the park.

Also the Whirligig is a stump in front of Batman, but some of the parts are around it so it should be done Memorial Day also. Bat Mobile is back, next to the where the swings will be.

This shot is from by the exit for Logger's Run, looking up at the spiral tower. This picture does NOT do it justice as in person it looks even better.

This shot is a little dark, but you can clearly see the span of this ride.

This past week all teh track was completed on V2. They are still working on the brake system for the straight spike. I still have not received word if this ride is on schedule or when the opening date is.

On the far right you can see the boomerang for DejaVu (green w/ blue supports). Far left if the spiral spike (behind the trees).

The spiral on one of the towers gets moved into place

3/30/01
The begining of the support structure is starting to take shape. There are 2 workers on the support beam, but you cannot make them out as this image is digital and then cropped in pretty tight.

3/03/01
Some of the VV2 track to the right and a piece of Deja Vu track in the center. Possible LIM's piece on the cart just behind Deja Vu track. Behind the cart are the cages from Sky Whirl.

2/24/01

The support look to be blue (forground) for this ride also.

Here is the first shipment of Yellow Track for the Implulse Coaster (Vertical Velocity).
