Here we will work with you as your "On-line process engineer", our basic aim is to
keep you away from the troubles and trial&errors in the component development
activity. We will do every thing which a process/design engineer is suppose to do.
From your component drawing ,we will decide its manufacturing process ,
sequence of operations , stages and methods of inspections etc. plan operation
sheets, needed cutting tools ,machines etc.. further we design and develop all kind of
necessary drill jigs, fixtures, special relation gauges, depends on your production
volume. Necessity of automation with pneumatics and hydraulics could also
be worked out.
Designing with cad tools , 3D modeling makes our concept foolproof. We also provide
technical tips regarding fixture manufacturing ,setting for fixturing etc..
If you have good, technically correct design you can manufacture your own tooling.
