Herps & Habitats Bearded Dragons-About Us

About Herps & Habitats Bearded Dragons

Over the past several years we have been moving into a more specialized breeding program with bearded dragons, but we are still continuing with our much needed Iguana Rescue Program and have now expanded to include beardies as well.

We had a great display at the Wasatch Reptile Expo last year, and are planning to return this year as well! We were lucky to meet some great local bearded dragon and reptile enthusiasts and we sold a great selection of young dragons to some really fantastic people! Thanks to Guy and Envy Reptiles for the opportunity to participate in such a grand event.

Please send us an e-mail with your request. We will get back to you as soon as possible with availability and a price quote. We have year and a half old Gold X beardies for sale right now. Our collection includes beige, gold and sandfire dragons. We recently added a beautiful snow male to our collection and anticipate great things from him as well! We are able to offer valuable referrals from our list of reputable contacts.

Do you have a problem or question? Let us know. We can help! Send us an e-mail. Tell us more about you! Use our new form!

As members of the Bearded Dragon Breeders Network, we are committed to ending unnecessary hatchling death by agreeing NOT to sell or ship baby beardies until they are at least 8 weeks old or 8 inches in length from snout to tail. Although some of the breeders in the organization have decided to sell younger bearded dragons, we are keeping with the original contract. Personal experience taught us years ago that many of the genetic problems will become apparent around 5-8 weeks, when the beardie is undergoing a massive and rapid growth spurt. It is horribly painful and heartbreaking to watch a baby/(any) dragon suffer and die. It is our goal to never pass this situation on to a Herps & Habitats customer!
