Adenovirus, Adenovirus enteritis, is an infection in the small bowel. There are several ways to contract the adenovirus. Direct transmission is through fecal-oral contact, environmental transmission is through repiratory phlem, and also from parent to egg. Incubation is approximately 10 days.
