Angelos should be paid for handling Maryland's lawsuit against the big tobacco companies threaten to bottle up the flow of millions of dollars the state is set to receive from a national settlement.

Professor Pierre Lemieux is a well-know economist and political theorist who lives in Québec. He is currently Visiting Professor of Economics at the University of Québec in Hull, where he co-chairs the Individual Choices and Liberty Seminar. Besides his numerous articles in both English and French, Professor Lemieux has authored many books on economic and political theory, published mainly at Presses Universitaires de France and Belles Lettres, in Paris. He is also director of a book series at Les Belles Lettres, a contributing editor of Liberty Magazine, and a columnist at Le Québécois libre.

"I am from Kansas and don't know anyone in New Hampshire. I need 34 Republican residents from New Hampshire who are eligible to be delegates that would sign certificates to vote for me at the convention."
