Joe Dugan is the newest member of Solid Ground playing the Keyboard, Having played for the group several years ago, he is no stranger to the group, Joe began playing Bass guitar at the age of 15 for a bluegrass gospel group Godspeed, then later playing keyboard for the Riley Family & Solid Ground. After Leaving the group he begin singing in his own ministry New Revival for 2 1/2 years, Joe has been married to Tamra Dugan from Cove Arkansas for 3 years, and they have a 2 year old daughter named Kimberly. Joe and his family attend Theater of Praise Church and Church of Faith in Jesus Christ
