My Opinion / My View on You May Run
My Opinion / My View On: You Can Run

I think that out of all my pages, this is the one that I have given the longest thought about on how I was going to write it.

Time has flown so fast, and already we are at the beginning of a new school year. I know that my daughter will be fine, as she no longer attends Apollo-Ridge High School. She will be able to enjoy her last two years of school in a nice setting instead of a destructive, corrupt district where the administration shames the teachers. I Thank God that my child was strong and did not break mentally from the harassment that she received. Some chose to quit school, some chose to conform to the abuse, and one chose to commit suicide. Then there were those who tried to fight the district, and their child's disabilities were so bad that the school threatened, manipulated situations, and manhandled students and parents into situations that were chosen for them.
I personally tried to help one parent. The school arose in all it's glory, like a demon being exorcised, and used legal avenues (and illegal rulings) to "persuade" the parent to do what they wanted. I lost a good friend from this, and a child's life still is held by blackmail & the threat of being taken out of the home. The mother tired & chose to give up the fight.
Now that this mother's fight has ended by the manhandling and corrupt system & incestual administration, the middle school principal up and leaves & runs to another district to set his sites on more victims.
In our situation, our principal of the high school hurried up and retired.
In today's paper, it shows that there was discussion at the meeting over hiring practices of the secretary.
This woman was well qualified to do the job, but unfortunately did not fit the mold that the administration wanted. Had she been corrupt, able to blackmail, lie, and aid in ruining disabled children, she would have had much better chances at the job.

Dear God, when is the abuse going to stop. Has the school arranged meetings or a group to better aid students who are having problems with other students or administration? Where does a student go when they need help because of abuse from the administration?
When a parent fights, they are beat down until they submit. How does a parent work to make things better, when if they fight, they live in fear of the system taking their child out of their home because of what the school fears the parent will uncover?
So, instead of a parent fighting, they sit back in fear, beat down, and scared of losing their child. The next victim's parents goes to the school, complains, and the school tells them that they have never had problems with parents--making the parent feel like they are the first. Eventually, the school starts making their own rules, whether it be legal or not.
The teachers most of the time are not made aware of problems that a student may have. If they do fight, they then have to worry about their jobs. Who's going to hire a teacher or a nurse that battles the administration?
So the glorified monster grows, and many suffer and cower under the made up laws, fearing for their freedoms that they've lost anyways.
I pray that this new administration will somehow work towards trying to better the district. Quit shaming your teachers, and let them do their jobs.
As a parent, question why administration turns over like it just did....Could it be that the seat was getting too hot? Although it is always great clearing rubbish, we still need to ask ourselves what kind of job the new administration will provide.
Remember, there is still administration there that supported crimes being committed. Hopefully the new staff will not cave in under the pressure.
Good Luck students. Learn your Constitutional Rights in
your classes. There may be a day that you will need to uphold them like students past.
