Comments: It is always hard to judge a rider by his first appearance in an Australian Championship, having said that Daniel looked to be quite smooth and on occasions troubled some of the more fancied riders in the meeting, given time this guy will definatly be one to watch

Comments: It is always good to have guys like Stewart Russell to race against, because you know whatever happens they are always smiling and are just there for a fun, unfortunately Stewart blew his bike up and had three dnf's, if not for this I am sure he would have featured a lot more than he did.
